To change the email address that the Vortex orders will be sent to:

Open the orders.php file with Microsoft Notepad
There are directions within the file and all comments marked with // before it are help lines.
To change the email address, go to the line:

$mailto = 'address@psu.edu' ;

address@psu.edu -> Change to the new address that the orders will be sent to.
